What are your hours?

Vortex® is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. You can contact us via phone message, email or on social media at any time and we will get back to you!

When was Vortex® founded?

Vortex was founded in 2002.

Can I visit the Vortex® showroom in Barneveld, WI?

We would love it if you did! The showroom is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. You could even play a quick round on our golf course.

Why can’t I login to my account?

Where do you ship products?

We ship only to locations within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO Boxes, or international addresses.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards if you are purchasing directly on our website.

Can I buy direct?

You can buy apparel and branded gear direct from our website!

Can I track my order?

Products

What is the difference between the Blade™ and Blade™ Slope Laser Rangefinders?

The Blade™ Slope includes slope compensation, which means you get the line-of-sight range to the pin, and the range adjusted for the angle of the terrain between you and your target. Both rangefinders are tournament legal as the Blade Slope also includes external LEDs to show Slope Mode is in use.

What is image stabilization and why does it help my golf game?

The Anarch™ Laser Rangefinder is built around image stabilization technology. This means that gyroscopes in the rangefinder work to steady the almost imperceptible shakes and movements in your hands, and the larger movements from things like wind gusts. That means that you can be confident you’re locked onto the pin, not a tree behind it.

How do I share product feedback?

We would love to hear your feedback. You can submit it via the contact us form or write a review on the bottom of the specific product page.

Do you sell gift cards?

Not currently, but it is something we are looking into.

What is a wish list and how does it work?

A wish list can be used to store all your favorite products. When you are looking at a product page, there is an option to ‘add to wish list.’ Click to add, and then view your wish list in your account. It is mostly an opportunity to save your favorites in one central location. Note: you must have an account created for products to be saved.
