Every year, we ask the community to share their hero’s story for a chance to win an all-expenses paid trip for their veteran and a guest to the Armed Forces Bowl in Fort Worth, Texas.

In partnership with the Madison-area CBS Channel 3000, we invited the public to nominate a veteran who’s making a real difference. After a public vote, the winning veteran was presented with a $5,000 prize.
